"ÆGIDE"

Refers to the holding company of the group bearing the same name as well as all its subsidiaries, including DOMITYS.

"Personal data"

Means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. It may be a question of:

• those that the User has voluntarily provided to ÆGIDE when opening his Personal Account on the domitys.fr website, or in the information request forms, as well as those that the User will subsequently transmit to ÆGIDE, in particular in connection with the use of his Personal Account;
• those that the User has voluntarily provided to specialized real estate ad sites referencing the Products and Services of the ÆGIDE group, and for which the User has expressly requested to be put in contact with ÆGIDE;
• those that ÆGIDE has been able to collect during its navigation on the ÆGIDE group's websites and more particularly on the website (www.domitys.fr).

"My Space" or "Personal Space" or "My Account"

Refers to the individual account opened by a User on domitys.fr, by entering his/her request profile and giving his/her title, surname, first name, telephone, postal code and email and choosing a password.

"Site" or "Website"

Refers to the interactive electronic service published and operated by ÆGIDE, accessible at www.domitys.fr and www.domitys.be, from which information relating to its Products and Services is published.

"User"

Refers to any natural person who accesses the Website or uses the services and products of the ÆGIDE group

Concerned about protecting your privacy, ÆGIDE is committed to ensuring the highest level of protection for your personal data.

The purpose of this section is to explain to you the processing of personal data carried out in the context of the use of our services.

As Data Controller, AEGIDE SA undertakes to comply with the provisions of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended by Act No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018, relating to data processing, files and freedoms with regard to automated processing of personal data, as well as Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

In the forms for collecting personal data on the Site, the User is informed in particular of: the identity of the controller, his rights over the personal data, the purpose of the processing and the mandatory or optional nature of his replies.

Who are we?

Purpose and nature of the data collected

The ÆGIDE group carries out the processing of personal data for the purposes listed below. The data collected are essential for these processing operations and are intended for the relevant departments of the ÆGIDE group, and, where applicable, its subcontractors and service providers.

The purposes of the processing operations carried out by ÆGIDE are as follows:

As part of its "INVESTIR" and "LIVING IN RESIDENCE" activities

On the basis of your consent:

• Management of information requests from prospects and customers;
• Sending targeted commercial offers by email, mobile notifications, postal mail, telephone, or on social networks or any other medium (e.g. posting targeted ads on the site and on social networks);
• Personalization of sites (mobile and desktop) and applications according to the User's affinities;
• Site traffic measurement (mobile and desktop) and mobile applications;
• Sharing information with business partners (only with the consent of Users);
• Setting up contests and advertising games.

Based on the performance of the contract with ÆGIDE:

• Customer relationship management: sales contracts, rental contracts and subscription or membership contracts for DOMITYS services, development and personalized follow-up of support for residents, follow-up of customer relations such as claims and after-sales service management, invoicing and customer accounts management;
• Online booking management
• Collection of customer opinions on marketed products;
• Exchange and sharing of information between social, medical and paramedical personnel on customer information strictly necessary for the execution of the contract.

On the basis of ÆGIDE's legitimate interest:

• Financial, accounting and litigation management;
• Preparation of statistics, internal studies and satisfaction surveys to assess activities, quality of services and needs to be covered;
• Recording of exchanges between customer service and the customer or prospect, by telephone or chat, for the purpose of improving services, unless otherwise stated by the User;
• Study, segmentation and analysis of prospect and customer characteristics.

On the basis of your consent:

• Recruitment management.

On the basis of ÆGIDE's legitimate interest:

• Carrying out statistical studies: recruitment indicators to assess recruitment performance.

Any person on this list may not be contacted by telephone, except in particular in the event of pre-existing contractual relations. If the User is already registered on the Bloctel list, the fact that ÆGIDE has received, directly or indirectly, his telephone details authorizes ÆGIDE to use them to call him back, in accordance with the User's request

Personal Space IDs and passwords

The identifiers and passwords, defined by the User at the time of registration, or subsequently modified by him/her, are strictly personal and confidential. The User undertakes not to communicate them to third parties; he remains the sole master and responsible for the use that may be made of them. ÆGIDE cannot be held liable for the use by a third party of these identifiers, if their disclosure should come from the User.

In the event of loss, misappropriation or unauthorized use of its identifiers and passwords, the User must immediately inform ÆGIDE, which may block access to the Personal Account and/or give a new password in order to reconfigure access.

Data retention period

Personal data are kept by ÆGIDE for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes of each processing operation. Anyone wishing to receive additional information on the storage period of their data may contact ÆGIDE's DPO.

For example, personal data are stored by ÆGIDE:

• Commercial requests: for a period of 3 years from the last contact for prospects and the end of the contractual relationship for customers;
• Recruitment: for a period of 2 years from the last contact.

Rights to Personal Data

In accordance with the legislation in force, the User has the following rights, as the case may be:

• A right of access,
• A right of rectification,
• A right to oppose and delete the processing of its data
• A right to oppose profiling
• A right to limitation of processing,
• A right to the portability of its data,
• A right to withdraw consent,
• A right to define advance directives on the fate of their data after their death.

Data outside the EU

You are informed that personal data concerning you may be transmitted for the purposes defined above to companies located in countries outside the European Union.
Prior to their transfer, and in accordance with applicable regulations, ÆGIDE implements all the conditions required to obtain the necessary guarantees for the security of the Data and the effective exercise of your rights.

Transfers outside the European Union can be made in particular within the framework of the following activities:

• Customer relationship activities

Data recipients

Depending on the circumstances, your Data will be transmitted to ÆGIDE's subsidiaries and partners who may process the data on their behalf or only on behalf of and in accordance with ÆGIDE's instructions.
